We are very pleased with our performance in what was an extremely
difficult year for the UK drinks industry. While we enter 2008 in a
stronger position than ever, we are aware that the external economic
environment continues to be volatile.

- Profit before tax £7.5 million, benefiting from property disposals
- Net debt £10.9 million - down 33%
- Divdend £1.83 - up 4.6%
- Beer Volumes in line with last year
