IT User Support - Full Time
(Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity Leave)
We are looking to recruit a full time IT User Support person to join our busy team based at the Reydon Distribution Centre to cover maternity leave. You will provide a consistently high level of first line support and service to your internal customers whilst ensuring that the Company's IT infrastructure is fully protected.
Previous experience of working within a fast paced and pressurised environment is essential as is the ability to multitask. Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise your work load effectively will all be key in this role. On the job training will be provided but a good understanding of core technologies including desktop systems ( Windows, XP and Vista), server operating systems (Windows 2000, 2003 and Terminal Services) as well as a working knowledge of the AS400, will be an advantage.
